.......a Cardiff City team so disorganised, lacking direction,no passion,no leadership, unaware just what each player is required to do,being total strangers on the pitch and i could go on and on. Sadly i think virtually everyone wanted Ole to succeed as he's a household name and obviously a nice person. Sadly the alarm bells rang loudly last season when everyone saw how he set us up for the massive 6 pointer games towards the end of the season, the teams that turned us over had proven experienced managers but with inferior squads to ours. We were relegated because we had two "rookie"managers at Premier league level and cost us big time by being relegated,a case of mis-management. Mostly we forgave Ole papering over what had happened and giving him a second chance as"it wasn't his squad". Well now it is his squad and it is pretty obvious that he is clearly out of his depth as a manager at this level. The problem is Mehmet Dalman brought him in and doesn't want to lose face by sacking him! He will have to do this eventually or this will turn out to be a wasted season. An experienced manager will have to be appointed to resurrect the season albeit hopefully not too late. Good always comes out of adversity but how sad that i'm travelling to Derby saturday hoping that we loose as a point or a win will only prolong the agony!
