I like IH, & im sure he could do a decent job for us,,,but i think hes found his niche at Millwall FC.

He was awfull for us (palace)
He took over a team top of the league and the form under him(from memory) would have got us 12th place, he did well in the playoffs because he went back to basics but was diabolical in the premierleague.
