Guerra will not want to stay here in my opinion, the guy is a class act and is not being used

Are they not under contract ?
Players wont leave on money they have plus want to play at higher level - Ole wont be going to a higher level club

I would look to offload a few players , even just to trim the wage bill !
Matt Connolly - too error prone and is/should be 5th choice
Danny gabbidon - don't see the point in his signing , other centre backs way ahead of him
Kimbo - not physically strong enough for the championship
Eikram - simply has done nothing since he came and doesn't look good enough to break into the team
Harris - we are ruining his career leaving him in the reserves he needs to move for his own sake
Velinkonja - never going to be given a chance so why keep him
Maynard - not the same player he was a few years ago , injuries have taken there toll on him
Bring back Mason , should never have let him go IMO

A few will leave maybe but no major departures under a new manager we have the individuals we just don't have the organisation of a team when this gets resolved we will be in a much better place and competing with everyone in the league. The season is still very young. I still believe the playoffs is easily achievable when we become more organised and sort out the shocking fitness.
