We Are Not A TEAM!

We are not a team but an absolute shambles.

Due to Ole's obsession in rotation, no player knows what the other is doing or how they play. 2 centre backs brought in last night who have not played this season and the same is happening game after game. I always support the managers but I think Ole and his tinkering will cost us this year as can be seen by the results so far.

We did not look like a team against Boro and we should have lost by 3 or 4 goals. We were dire. We had one attempt on goal I believe and we did not look like scoring. We couldn't even string any passes together.

Ole needs to pick 11 and stick with. He needs to form a team because at the moment there are 11 individuals on the pitch who do not know what the other is doing. The amount of times that we gave the ball away last night was unbelievable.

Let's hope that Ole starts to give the players some confidence by picking a settled Team!
