Cardiff City will not 'panic' over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's

Cardiff City will not make a hasty reaction regarding the future of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, despite the nature of Saturday's defeat by Norwich.
The Bluebirds were leading 2-0 at half-time before the Canaries came back to win 4-2.
Solskjaer is preparing his side for Tuesday's game against Middlesbrough.

A highly placed source at the club said chairman Mehmet Dalman was "not the sort of person to panic".

Dalman will give him all the time in the world as he is accountable for his employment. It will be Tan who will shoot Ole in the back first (not literally)

Anyway, looking forward to Tuesday and for Ole to get the team firing for the match :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

I know Rob and those words will have come direct from Dalman as Rob spks to him directly an awful lot.

I dont expect them to sack Ole, just like that after all the millions they have invested in Ole and his team.

It's great how the people who are incredibly pro blue and believe in the traditions over success are the ones are wanting him out and want success badly. :|

My prediction, based on what I have seen since he took over from Mackay....Ole will continue with current win ratio for next few months, continue tinkering with line ups and tactics and formations, continue to promise that it will get better, then we finally sack him. by which time, Pulis will be well into his next job by then which will hopefully be Wales.

We need to grow a pair and get rid now, it's not working, we are not a vehicle for someone to learn their trade which is what's happening here. He took us down, he was employed to do the opposite. IT IS NOT WORKING, there are no crumbs of encouragement that it ever will.

Approach Pulis NOW, if it's no, there is far better out there than OGS as much as I like the chap :bluescarf:

Most probably have a softspot for Liverpool as well, no wonder Ole's never been liked here when half our fans like Liverpool

British football really is in the shite if Tony Pulis is held in such high esteem - nice bloke that he is, his managerial skills are limited.

What a load of nonsense you speak.
Ole is liked by the huge majority of our fans I believe. How many posts on here read - I like ole as a man but .....
There's a smattering of closet Liverpool, Man Utd, etc. fans at this club as there are at other smaller clubs.
Fans of City are going off him purely because he's appeared so inept since he arrived. Nothing to do with liking him or being a Liverpool fan.
You are so naive it's unbelievable.

Gotta give him time. Theres so many points left to play for!

All these people crying out for Pulis, if we were to get Pulis, 6 months later the same people will be crying that Pulis's football is boring & negative and then it all begins again.

Ole is not pro-Red or pro-Blue, he's simply our manager. Give him a chance.

If theres no improvement closer to christmas then think about getting rid but to be calling for his head after 6 games of the season, its a joke.

Hes well organised and disciplined... He kept an average stoke team up and what he did with palace was nothing short of a miracle.. He added 3 players forming a spine of the team and they finished 11th.... This was a team under holloway getting battered, a team that finished over 10pts behind us the previous season and also didnt spend half of what we did..

We added caulker, they added Scott dann, us Medel them, Lesdley.. He worked wonders with them... I believe he could really organise us and get the best from our talented squad.. We have bags of talented individuals, it's getting them to play as a team we can't....
