Wonder how long he will be given four six or eight games by some fans on here just because he would be a tan man

Get real, yes there there has been people on Ole's back from day 1 because he's Tan's appointment but it's past that stage now.

He has made some brilliant signings but the way he fits them into the team just looks awkward and unbalanced, he's reluctant to drop a striker and continues to play one out wide instead of playing players in their natural positions. I cannot work out his vision for us and the philosophy he wanted to stamp down in pre-season. Our progress is non existent at the moment and I'm finding it hard to see how it's going to change. Fingers crossed Ole can get us going because he's a likeable bloke but I'm not holding my breath.

I have been one of the ones that has been willing to support ole and give him the time he deserves, but my patience is running out because ole still ain't showing any signs that he's the right man for the job
