' Judge Ole after 12 games '

Mon Sep 15, 2014 2:15 pm

Ole has brought the players in that he wanted so giving him 12 games should be long enough for him to decide what his strongest side is and to get them playing the way he wants them to..
If we are not in the top six then the club needs to take a serious look at replacing ole..
But i don't believe Pulis is the answer..

Not been able to call on Noone yet either. Vital to our plans

Jinks, I agree regarding 12 games, that will answer a lot for the ones still believing in Ole and I will hold back till then :thumbright: :thumbright:

But I will say this,Ole has been in charge for well over 30 first team games including Cup games and I honestly dont see us going up under Ole. I was there in person v Hull,Palace,Swansea,Sunderland,Newcastle,Norwich etc ect and all mediocre teams who hammered us. But I will leave it there.

I will still make my comments/opinions good or bad after every game :thumbright: :thumbright: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Noone will be a fantastic addition, but were not a one man team, our squad is full of quality already :thumbright:

But I cant wait for Noone to return :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I'm sorry, but I've had enough of this 'give him more games' stance for Ole... People are saying we are only 6 games in... now we should judge him after 12 games...

Ole joined us 2nd January 2014... he has been in charge for 29 games. As far as I am concerned we have not shown any improvements from day one - the style of football may look different but we have not improved. The team we have should be walking this division, instead we are throwing away a 2 goal lead at home. Time to make the change so we don't lose too much ground on the leaders!

I have judged him after 29 games and he is just not up to it. Nice fella but out of his depth.

Is there a reason why my reply to the original thread was deleted?

Totally agree. He means well, but I don't think he has a clue I'm afraid.

I said to Carl at the same time, Ole has proved many of us wrong, including myself and I was chuffed and excited at that point.

Cardiff City, of course. - or are you trying to suggest that anyone who booed isn't a fan of the club? The fact that they were there until the end, when the majority walked out, would suggest that they were loyal fans.

I didn't boo, by the way. Just don't see the problem that fans did. Was a dreadful collapse.

Well my opinion differs from yours, so called fans cheer two goals scored and then Boo at the end of the game because we lose, I was gutted we lost in that manner but would never Boo but that's just my opinion

They deserved to be booed after that 2nd half performance.

That doesn't mean that you can go around suggesting that they aren't fans.

Still not sure 12 games is necessarily going to be enough to judge truly. A whole season is the best way to know realistically. What he's done for the squad this season (and the board and recruitment staff, not taking anything from them) has been amazing, I just think once he settles it'll be fine and I think he will. I don't want to rush Pulis into this position and cause more disruption, that didn't exactly help us last season. He was great with Palace but who's to say he'll do it again at every club he goes to? It's just quite a high risk is all, and again, I fully believe that Pulis is a great manager (evidenced by his career) but the disruption to the club with more off the pitch issues concerns me.

no one who boos their team can call themself a fan end of.

you can do a lot, you can ask for better, you can demonstrate. but booing the team is as good as spitting on the players. when fans boo the team it makes me ashamed to be associated with them

Football fans react in many different ways when their team suffers a heavy loss, it happens all over Britain.

Some say nothing and just walk out & come back for the next game.

Some just stand there at the end stunned.

Some even clap their team at the end.

Some shout abuse in frustration and hurt, but come back the next game.

Some boo and walk out fuming, but come back the next game.

Some just walk out and dont come back for a long time, till they are winning again.

To many fans have been spoilt the last few years so when we are not winning games or going on cup runs they throw toys out of their prams.

very good point annis, i get what your saying.

but tbh i'd rather the 'boo boys' didnt return. that type of thing is toxic to a football club and can't have any kind of positive effect on the players
