Is it really true that Tan interferes with tactics ?

This rumour seems to be coming up quiet often in recent days but surely no manager however nice you are as a person would stand for it surely especially if your whole managerial career is depending on getting the job right

this as come from a thread other day suggesting tan spoke to ole about tactics ect, talking about and telling are totally different things! any owner worth his salt would ask manager about such things as part of relationship and from what i gather its a good relationship!
