He wouldn't come to Cardiff because it would be a step down from his level and he would be restricted by Tan.

Pulis is not a fool, he knows its only a matter of time before heads start rolling in the Premier League.

Pullis would never come to a basket case of a club like ours, he isn't a yes man, and Tan has to have a yes man at the helm

what your thinking and what's best for the club,

IMHO Pulis thought he was coming here in November, he held of on the Palace job for weeks whilst Moodygate was unfolding.

I don't believe he'd be afraid of Tan's influence. He holds the cards. the man the fans want and the one with the track record to put things right.

However he might just be worried about ruining his reputation by taking over at a club which has so many off-the-field issues and a bad atmosphere around it where a section of fans want the club to fail and many others don't care. At least at palace he walked into a club where they were desperately trying to pull together.

He's also never been relegated. Promoting and consolidating Stoke plus the exceptional job at Palace last season do make him a stellar candidate for a job at Cardiff but, at present, no vacancy exists and there's popular opinion that an outspoken and controlling manager wouldn't be able to work with Tan.

Bournemouth, Bristol, Plymouth, Stoke, Palace, none of these are exactly giants of British football. Most people will go anywhere if the money is right, and I don't believe Cardiff are much of a step down from his other teams. Agree with you though about possible problem of working for Tan, although don't know how much is rumour and how much is fact.

Not quite sure he is the man to get an auto promotion spot though, get 10 men behind the ball may not win you enough games.

Tony Pulis will be a wanted man come xmas time - teams in the premier will know who to turn to try and keep them up.

Pulis is a manager who can keep teams up + Was runner up manager with Gills.

Does not have a good track record of going up....but might not have had the money to do that.

Solid record of late - who seems to get the best out of some players .
