Leaders!!

Observation from today

It was 2-2 Norwich had just scored and there was a break in play due to a Cardiff injury in the box. During this break, tails up the Norwich players all gathered on the side of the pitch re-grouping getting instructions from the manager. Really up for it now and rightly so as our weak midfield and defence laid it on a plate for them.

However our players, all stood alone in middle of pitch hands on hips. Manager stood deep in the bench area......and our captain? Stood in the penalty area not a word said.

We have no leaders and a weak mentality. When its time to roll sleeves up we go missing!

Oh and while im ranting, 4 Centre midfielders? What is that all about!
