It's because he's Welsh, pure and simple.
I love how people assume he'd even come to us. The guy is waiting in the wings for the first PL job that comes up, yet City fans think he's our next manager designate. Bloody idiots, why would he want to come to us, when he's shown he has higher ambitions?

Would Pulis work with Tan? He has just walked out of Palace after disagreements with this board, how could he work with ours?

People only want him because he's Welsh and did great with a crap team(in keeping them up) there's one thing keeping a team up but it's a whole new climate when you're getting a team promoted. Different mindset etc.
