David Marshall on being linked with Premier League clubs...
"It’s always flattering to be linked with bigger clubs but there’s nothing I can do about it.
"Playing in the Premier League does give you that extra recognition but I was more than happy to stay here and get us back there.
"I was just taking each day as it comes in the window and it's gone now so I’m just concentrating on my football.
"I’ve heard people say we’ve got a better squad (than when we went up) but we have to keep working hard.
"I think the one thing that won’t change too much is the defence. I don’t think the back four will change too much once Bruno settles in."
David Marshall on the defence in front of him...
"The quality is there from Bruno Manga. There were Premier League teams in for him.
"Sean Morrison is also experienced at this level and hopefully he can help him settle in.
"The manager is happy to have a big squad but it comes down to winning games.
"The amount of strikers we have is good but if we’re winning everyone will be happy.
On Kenwyne Jones...
Kenwyne Jones and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
I’m not sure how much he played when he joined us. But he’s got fit, started really well and is on form at the moment.
While on Scotland duty in Dortmund last week, Marshall had an excellent game. He has revealed how he swapped shirts with Manuel Neur after the 2-1 defeat.
"I swapped shirts with Neuer.
"It’s not something I like doing but he sent his in after the game.
"It was a good experience for me to play against him."

"I had good times at Norwich.
"They’re one of the favourites to go up and rightly so. It’s a home game and we need to start winning those.
"That was one of the good things when we got promoted and we need to keep that going.
"We have tough games coming up, three games in the next week.
"We’ve had a reasonable start but the next month is a big one. The aim is to get into the top six. Up until 8th or 9th you’re always pretty close but we want to be in the top by the time of the next international break."

I was disappointed to see Huds go, but he wants to play regular football. But that's my roommate of three years gone.

“It’s a great honour. It’s the first time I’ve done it at a club.
"It doesn’t change what I do day to day so I just get on with the job.
“We have enough leaders out there across the team to handle the stuff I can’t keep hold of. I was surprised when the gaffer came to me.
"Huds is one of the best captains we have had here and it’s a tough act to follow.”
