Personal Trainers in Cardiff

Hi all,

My missus is looking for a Personal Trainer in Cardiff and I was wondering if there are any on here or if anyone knows any one that does it?

She is thinking of going with this PT after we found him on Google, but she is a bit nervous, because she doesn't want to be trained by anyone without hearing some opinions of what he's like first.

Very nice guy and down to earth, he's trained with me for a while now (Krav Maga ). I'd recomended him ps he's only little but strong as an ox , grappled with him a good few times.
