There was something like that in this years world cup in a shootout (i think)... Player missed as the keeper saved it, but it ended up doing a backspin and creeped towards the line, and just went over it! Wasn't given as no one seen it at the time, but someone caught it on camera!

Found it... It was Vlaar in the World Cup against Argentina. Not sure if it crossed the line but it was very close and no one realised!

This happened twice on the same night last year in the league cup. Can't remember the teams but in one game it was given, the other it wasn't.
