No sign of it yet is it be honest? And no surprise really for me because how is he supposed to put his stamp and style/brand of football on the team with no set preferred formation and set preferred starting line up.
Chelsea and Swansea have made great starts to the season this year and have both got a set preferred formation and team, is this a coincidence they have done do well so far, I think not?
I'm struggling to see how we are gonna settle and be fluid as a team with this attacking philosophy brand of football which ole has promised..
This could be the downfall of ole because he has got a great squad together, hopefully he can get it right and I'm proved wrong?

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/foot ... ff-7621745Q: Are you happy with your squad now?
A: “Yes, and I’m happy to have plenty of Championship experience. This league is not about playing nice football. We need the consistency of a team who turn up every week without fail. It’s not about tippy-tappy, namby-pamby football. It’s a battle and we have to be ready for it.So yeah he isn't aiming for a style, more for results. With Noone and a new Defender yet to come in, Guerra and Macheda coming up to speed, we're in a pretty ample position.
This question about Ole rotating is boring, Malky rotated (named the same team only 4 times in the season we got promoted), some managers get called on it, others don't. But it's his style so why bitch and moan about it?

I understand we need to rotate the team but within reason, it's great we got a good squad so we are able to rotate when needed but we should have a steady back four and strike partnership only rotated now and again not constantly throughout the season.
Like you say noone back is great for us and manga, also guerra and macheda if we start with these up top (if we keep 4-4-2, then that gives us a great chance..
But at the moment it seems ole hasent got a clue what his best formation or best 11 is and if it carrys on like that throughout the season imo we will be a mid table side so just see how things go now I guess..

So he can't star Macheda, Guerra or Manga because that's rotation.
Ole clearly does have most of an XI in his head.
Marshall
Brayford Manga Morrison Fabio
X Dikcagoi Whitts No one
Jones X
I'd say is a pretty good shout when all fit and on form. But like I say every manager rotates, some people get called on it like Ole, for silly reasons, others like Malky don't.
Also I notice style wasn't addressed.

Guerra, Macheda, Dikochoi, Turner, Noone, Daehli, Pilkington, Morrison and Manga have either been injured or not even in this club for the first matches. You might be just a little bit impatient, or?

A style of football isn't going to be picked up over night, it's going to take time, especially with an influx of players.

i think OGS's philosophy is based on / a copy cat of fergies.
that means wingers, two strikers up front, machine like, relentless attacks, and rotation.
