I know, stunned by how big he is nowadays was a great keeper

He was class and we had a decent defence then with Vanden Hauwe and Ratcliffe, but midfield was weak at that time.

We get some fantastic players but never enough all at the same time......

Exactly, thats been Wales problem for 40 years and still is.

In his time Southall was one fit athlete. However you just knew he would explode when his time was over.

I always remember him saying he would never go to a World cup final with Wales because it meant being away from his daughter for 6 weeks. Well we never got there and his daughter grew up resulting in him fallen out with her. Don't know the full story about him and his daughter but it would finish me off if it happened to one of my three.

Wasn't surprised when he said his favourite food was steak

What a class keeper he was but hes an oldman now its funny people dont see themselfs getting on or what they look like as there changing over the years but everyone else does

Everton cult hero....what a great keeper and I doubt we will ever have a Welshman as good as Nev represent us ever again in goal.... In his prime he was one of the best in the world.

Imagine a combined England Wales team, we would only have two in but Bale and Ramsey would be the two best players, they would make a hell of a difference to the England team.......

this time as the euros are expanding to 24 teams it creates an opening for us to qualify.

with the players we have, we are probably at our strongest since sparky was in charge. if we don't qualify this time round it will be an epic failure from all involved.

I think we will get to the euros but I also think we will get to the World Cup all are main players will be in there prime for the World Cup

What a great 'keeper. Before my time but I love watching clips of him playing for Wales. The size of him now though

I think we'll qualify for 2016. I expect us to beat Andorra comfortably on Tuesday, and always good to start off with a win.

I think we'll qualify through the play-offs, but it's not unlikely for us to get 2nd

u r a numbskull!!! Neville was quality an the best goalie wales have seen for many many years so just cause he has kicked off his boots, started enjoying himself and putting a bit of weight on you fink its a shame. The man has achieved a lot more than u could dream of so do 1!!!
