I think that City need to take the example of Wolves - newly promoted with a decent manager consistency seems to be the key. They have gone from strength to strength.
No one expects a newly promoted team to be challenging at the top but with consistent team selections Kenny Jacket has his team firing. They are 3rd in the table having won 4 out of the 5 games. This includes all of the relegated teams.
Kenny Jacket has played the same team in each game!
As per article in Walesonline in midweek, Ole has made the most changes out of any manager!
It is true that consistency is the key to success but unfortunately the way our team is being chopped and changed each game it cannot be doing us any good. Wolves have built a solid unit where each player knowing what the other is going to do. They have built momentum by picking up the results and are now a difficult team to play against.
Perhaps we have too much depth and strength in our squad which is counting against us. I wish Ole would get a settled team and try to build that performance and momentum. Let's hope !
