From our formation. If we can't get this 4-4-2 with two strikers playing to click and deliver in the next two home games I think it will be time to sacrifice a striker and go with a 4-2-3-1 formation.
It seems like our problem lies in the midfield and that we are getting over run and can't take control of games.
Chelsea are flying again with 4-2-3-1 also our cousins west are once again delivering the goods with their 4-2-3-1 formation. I think the reason the are getting results and we ain't is because they are able to control the game in midfield and then keep possession and build and create chances which we seem to be struggling to do.
Unless we see an improvement and that oles tactics are working I would change tactic and drop a striker immediately, I believe in giving ole the time he needs but if he can't improve over the next few games and fails to show he can fix our problems then he needs to go sorry because the squad is fantastic.
I would go with this team if we don't deliver in our next two home games... Thoughts?

Brayford Morrison New CB/Connolly Fabio
Dikgachoi Ralls

Surely with a defencive midfield like that we can drop a defender three centre backs behind that midfield should do the job leaving room for 2 strikers

Whitts is a passanger in most systems imo. 3-5-2 could work like you say but only if it was more of a 5-3-2 with brayford and fabio providing the width because we wouldn't wanna get exposed at the back. Too risky formation that is especially now the season is under way. If it doesn't work it could f**k our season up. At least with 4 at the back you got a good foundation of defense for your squad. Next it's about controlling the game from midfield which we can't do at the moment.

Not in a million years, only top clubs perfect a 1 striker formation, we haven't got the players behind to back it up for it to become successful.
