back to the old jones from last season.

Won one header in the first half and scuffed our only real chance.

Should have gone with Micheda from the start.

The way Ole was talking, it sounded like Macheda was going to start, wonder why he didn't

There's always one that has to eat his words.

1-1 It could be that Jones is a great success in this league -I hope he is.
he was a terrible buy when we needed fighters to keep us up last year and wherever he has been he has always flattered to deceive. His goal to game ratio has been very good and the Stoke fans were pleased to be rid.
Anyway......I hope Jones proves me wrong. He needs to keep up the scoring cos a couple of half decent displays has not changed my mind.

Winning your home games and drawing your away games is top of the table form is it or is it not
But for an own goal in added on time at wolves that is exactly what we are achieving so let's give some credit
Even though we are not playing well
If as you say we have the best squad surely once we start playing well we should start getting even more points
Do you not agree annis :bluescarf: :ole:

Lol

I don't mind eating my words under the circumstances and i was shouting and jumping as much as anyone when the goal went in. However maybe someone else might have scored 4 in 5 games if they'd had his number of starts. My point is i think we have another strong player in Macheda who can also get stuck in, win headers and put himself around a bit. The difference is he can also run for 90 minutes.

I tend to agree, and I won´t be surprised if we see Macheda and Guerra starting most matches the next months, especially at home. Jones would be great from the bench as an impact player.

4 in 5 suggests he could score like 30 goals this season on that form :D
