Time to leave ole to get on with it

IMO
It's time to get off oles back. All this mr tinker man is rubbish, he's paid to do a job ,that job is to manage Cardiff City.

He has to be left alone to get on with it his way, all this criticism about his team selections and why ,are well off the mark.

Proof that what he is doing will work will not come until much later in the season. One thing I do know is Malkys teams always faded.

So let's see in the months to come wether oles way will prove better in the end.

Until then let's support ole and the boys have some fun on the way and enjoy going to the games again :bluescarf: :ole:

We are Cardiff City we will always be Blue :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

It's amazing how all the people who play Fantasy Manager are better than someone who played at the top level and under probably the greatest manager. :laughing6:

After all a football match is a game of 22 players watched by 20,000 referees :ayatollah:

I know what you mean about Malky's teams, they faded last year too, and Ole took the blame.

Malky teams played the pressing game like Southampton (not so well of course) but they faded last season too.

Fergie rotated more than any other Manager and they always finished strong. Last season, Chelsea and Man City rotated teams the most. I think if the squad has enough quality players (ours does) rotation can work well.

We aren't used to it, but it has been proven to work, and to Ole it's no big deal, it's all he has ever known......

Get off his back? Why?
He & the team gets support during matches. I've never heard anyone having a go at him during games.
This is a football forum for people to give & discuss their views ffs.
Do you think the views of some on here discussing his tinkering is detrimental to him? Ridiculous post.

Watch Life of Ryan:Caretaker Manager, Fergie constantly said to the experienced players, when you become a manager, watch how hard it is to leave players out
