So, Sean Morrison says our 2nd team would get promoted. Let's have a look at two possible teams, completely different players in each:

You've got Connolly in both teams.

In 2nd team, Gunnar to RB and bring in Kadeem, or else a big step up for Jazzi Barnum-Bobb (shows we are light at RB now Kev and KTC gone out on loan)

And that still leaves a few decent players who can't get into either starting team! Maynard for one.

Both teams look competitive in the Championship.

Daehli would get in ahead of Gunnar and Eikrem.

Dæhli inn for Ralls any day of the week. Cala > Hudson is a personal preference of mine.

I'm no championship expert, but I'd put a pound on this team getting top 8. (Also, your midfield is too light in your "first team" I think, that's almost a 4-2-4 with whittingham! and adeyemi (who likes to go forward) as your only central midfielders.

How I forgot Dæhli I'll never know!

And I feel sorry for Velikonja if not going out on loan or sold. The latter to prefer, as I cannot see a future for the 26 years old at Cardiff.
