Terror threat in UK raised to SEVERE

It just came home to me that the country is now a likely target for terrorist attacks linked to the situation in The Middle East.

The most shocking thing for me is that about 500 are known to have left the UK and an ESTIMATED 250 have returned after taking part in Islamic state activities. The government doesn't know exactly who these people are, but fears that they recur with extremist views and the skills/resources to carry out military style attacks on British soil.

Then I read of the chaos caused by the NATO event in Newport. Most of the posters are commenting (understandably) about the amount of security surrounding the area and others just cheesed off by the traffic problems.

This is where our country is vulnerable because we don't take these things seriously in our everyday lives. The truth is that the BBC mentioned Cardiff as an area from which some of these "recruits" are travelling. Frightening.

(I apologise that this is not football related, but is of importance to us IMHO).

Cardiff right now is the most at risk city in the western World with the NATO events and a 'Severe' status of Terror threat.

I personally think all the evilness, cover ups, lies and manipulation has been going on for years. Look up Operation Northwoods and Operation Mockingbird. The difference is today, we have the technology to look at alternative, unbiased news which isn't the Zionist controlled garbage we see on our TV screens.

In fairness I do think the security forces within the UK have done well.

Considering we are a main target for this extreme culture with their own strange beliefs I am surprised we have not had more attacks. You only have to look at what the IRA did with ease to see how easy it can be.

There has always been war and hunger for power and revenge in the world. Difference is todays wars and terroristacts carry new weapons, new technique and therefore are a lot more frightening. Add a religion where the fantatics issue Jihad(holy war) on other people, religions and country. Suicide bombers believe they will be rewarded 72 virgins in afterlife... Scary times

Let's be honest though, its only a matter of time before something big happens again on British soil on the same level as the London bombings or bigger. The security forces have to get it right every time... These religious freaks and other terrorist organisations only have to get it right ones. The odds are stacked in their favour over the long hall to succeed in committing an atrocity. And its successive British government's total incompetence that have put us in this situation.
