I don´t buy this explanation that the Moody-affair was the reason for Pulis quitting. One of the staff is a racist... that´s not a reason for a manager to leave everyone in vain. Also, his explanation for quitting was well articulated by himself.

Not talking about the text messages, simply Moody's presence.

Relegation wouldn´t look good on his CV. So, instead of trying to make the best out of it and make wonders with what he´ve got, he just turns the back to everyone, the players, the club who are left in a total mess. Maybe it´s just me, but putting himself before the club in such a manner doesn´t make him a hero in my book.

Pulis performed a miracle last season and has had no support or backing for his incredible efforts whatsoever. After everything he did for them last season, that's the thanks he gets. Absolutely shocking and I don't blame him one bit for walking away.
