Nothing surprises me anymore at this great club but to be quite honest Vincent Tan made pretty sure Malky would never get the Palace job even though MM apologised a few months ago and if the word Chink was used in a text and MM is having his house raided for racism then this country is well and truly on the road to disaster.I forget the amount of times I have been called a Welsh c**t,taffy wanker and heard numerous other races called frogs,jocks,paddy's,pom's and the list goes on.I believe this ridiculous situation needs to be stopped and a reality check taken by all.Anyone who has been to a football match or watched a game in the pub will hear remarks far worse than this and it is called the real world.Let hope common sense prevails should this be the only reason MM is being pursued.

I believe Tan is not offended by being called a chink. I believe Tan is pulling this card to belittle Malky and Moody so when he makes his big move both of them are already on the back foot.

This is purely personnal between the 3 of them but once again it's Cardiff's name that gets dragged through the shit.
I imagine that if the police got hold of every managers texts over the last year they'd find a lot worse than what Malky and Moody have alleged to have said.

mmmmm these things were known before pulis was sacked so at end of the day malky was doomed in respect of palace job! only matter of time before it came out, in fact palace were lucky or could have given malky the job only to face the storm themselves! as for witch hunt bit premature to say that as there are still revelations amerging as to what was said, also there may be police action forthcoming! only thing for certain is malky said the things he did and no one can deny that now he as admitted it himself.

Lines are being drawn, opinions are very, very enlightening and there is a small group and I mean small, who are showing their true 'colours'.

Moderators will need to be careful otherwise this board could be held responsible for some of its' posts.

It all should have come out months ago. Not be kept under the surface and then "leaked". We all know who authorised the "leak" and we all know why. I'm not excusing the messages and have no sympathy for Mackay or Moody but this isn't Tan's fight for the greater good. It's simply a bitter vendetta.

Don't think he's having his house raided over the texts in all honesty. Probably more to do with the alleged fraud case being investigated. I agree on the offensive texts though. I think he's more than payed for them

We are not in the 70's any more, society has moved on, no place in football, workplace for racial, sexual 'banter', if in any workplace you were found to send racial, sexist texts or emails you would be dismissed.i liked MAlky, but I have no time for him anymore.
