He's just squirming on here doesn't give a reason why he sent the texts and when the reporter asks about more than 3 texts out in the media he batted it away ,no way is it just 2-3 texts !!..... I believe they must have compiled a massive amount of evidence, they got him bang to rights and Malky knows it. The problem is it's not just ruined his career, it's also ruined his reputation and tarnished the name of Cardiff City.

A desperate attempt to contain the damage his behaviour and that LMA statement has done to his reputation which, in my opinion, now lies in tatters.

When MM says he is "Accountable" for just 3 unacceptable text messages it just goes to show that he doesn't understand the situation he is in. It is clear that there are more text messages of this disgusting nature that were sent to his phone, almost certainly by the other bigot Iain Moody, and the big question MM has to answer is "What did you do about them?". We ALL know the answer to that question and it's he did nothing.

As Manager of Cardiff City FC he had an absolute responsibilty to ensure that a policy of "Zero Tolerance" to any form of discrimination was fully enforced. He clearly hasn't and he will be held accountable for that in the court of public opinion.

Trying to hide behind the non disclosure agreement with the club is another clear indication that he is in denial about his behaviour, he needs to understand that the stable door is open and the horse has bolted and there is no putting this hideous affair back in the box.

Stop digging MM until suchtime that you can make public statements that show you understand exactly how badly you have let yourself down.

Absolutely and that's where he is in denial as these text messages were sent to his phone. Why didn't he come down on Moody like a ton of bricks on the first occasion he received one?

Three texts in 10,000 , hit your partner once in ten years. Once these things happen your labeled, no matter how sorry you are,you never meant it, everybody thinks your a great guy, tough, you've nacked up big time and people won't forget. Just man up admit to your mistakes. Maybe in time some one might give you a chance, but Malky is going to have to accept he is damaged goods. Yes we have all made mistakes in the working environment ,but the majority of us don't work in the public eye and we move on to work elsewhere and our mistakes are forgotten allowing us to put these errors of judgement behind us. We can get on with our lives, and so Malky should be allowed to get on with his life, but some how his mistakes won't be so easily forgotten .Any way I feel a 3-1 coming on ! UTC

it's pretty much accepted he sent the kim text. was he really under such terrible stress then? end of his first season, had done very well, hadn't fallen out with Vincent tan. Why is he saying relationships were not good at the club? he was fine with tan then......

In my opinion he's been badly advised by doing that interview.

He looks like he's about to cry at times.

Obviously an attempt at damage limitation but he looks like a condemned man who knows he does not have a leg to stand on.

When he was sacked he threatened to take the club to court. Then he backed down. Last night he insisted he would deny the allegations and defend his name. Today he's admitting sending three inappropriate texts.

Perhaps he should be keeping quiet and his head down for a while because at the moment he just seems to be digging a bigger and bigger hole for himself.
