Cardiff City Football Club

I think for the first time in some years, the fans can actually be proud of the way in which the club has conducted themselves in relation to everything that is going on.

The media circus may be back, but not for the wrong reasons for a change.

It seems the club has acted professionally and responsibly following all necessary procedures etc and have an extremely strong stance and belief in what they are doing, At present it seems that they have every right to be following the avenues they are.

This may of course bite me on the arse, but I think they should be commended for the first time in the Tan/Ridsdale/Hamman era to actually be taking the morale high ground and not be on the receiving end of a hammering from the media, fans and the football community.

The response to the LMA was professional and relevant, no doubt written by an external lawyer.

Club communications in general are poor.
The rebrand was unprofessionally handled and didn't involve any fan participation.
VT comes out of the MM thing with some credibility, but also we have more visibility of his ruthless streak.

If I were club Marketing Director, I would see this as an opportunity to try to reunite the club.
VT should initiate discussions about 1) badge design 2) club kit.

As my son said to me:

"...if red is truly a lucky colour, then it makes more sense to wear it for away matches because you need it more then!!".

I think you misunderstood what I wrote. I was saying the response from Cardiff City WAS professional. I made no comment on what the LMA said
