CCFC Liability? Points Deduction?

A question:
If two officers employed by CCFC (M&M) are proven to have broken football league rules , even though the club reported the breaches as they had to under the rules, would the club still be liable for a ten point deduction?

No chance, cardiff city have done nothing wrong in fact we are the ones pressing for answers to possible fraud (last summers transfers) it was only when investigating this that the law firm came across the text/e-mails on finding them the club gave the dossier to the f.a straight away.

This is probably part of the reason VT is following this process, to show that the acts of two unprofessional individuals do not represent the culture of the whole club. It is in CCFC's interests to follow FA processes for this very reason.
