Just heard on talk sport that one of the papers are running a story that Cardiff worried about £40 million hole.
Any one know what this is about now?

Daily Telegraph story about Mackay and Moody overspending the transfer budget.
Done to death some time back on here.
Looks like they were given free reign to spend and went mad. We questioned who on earth on the board allowed it to happen and someone should have had more control.
