In defence of Malky who hasn't sent a dodgy text/email.

I challenge anyone on here slating Malky that there is no way they haven't sent a dodgy joke at one time or another privately to a friend.

I'm not a fan of Malky at all but that was due to his transfer record and poor style of football and that we were heading down under him. However I find the told you so and about turn from some people a bit pathetic tbh. Until the full facts are out we shouldn't hang him.

It's the fact he has done it in the work place and in the football world where there is multi nationals in a team he can't be doing that, yes we all been guilty at some point with the odd joke but the way he has done it is beyond belief and to do it to his own players is unprofessional and just stupid, he must think he is frankincense Boyle being Scottish

Being a football manager is a position of trust, responsibility & most importantly integrity. Calling an incoming player a chinky is disgusting & trust me I'm no prude. He may as well have said ni*ger or p*ki. Just as offensive.

Personally from an outsiders point of view I don't think he'll be back in football for a very long time if at all if this investigation proves texts / emails came from his phone & rightly so. I swear & can be offensive, probably daily but as I said I'm a nobody. Not a possible premier league manager with the eyes on me.

Also as much as your Mr Tan has been a prick with regards to your colours etc I'll give him one thing he's done a prober job on Malkay. Talk about payback. I'm not convinced personally Mackay is Mr Squeaky Clean & I'm sure the investigation will show him up worse than already has. Just my tuppence worth.

This is spot on. No one expects their text messages to be dragged through the public eye. If they are private messages then they should have remained as such.

If he has acted in a racist manner directly to someone then clearly that is not on.

You got to wonder what half this lot on the board were up to 10 -20 years ago when Cardiff had a bad name for some menacing reasons. Probably all doing charity work or church by reading some of the posts.

You can say it privately if you want but if it's then made public what your thoughts are then your fucked.Which is what's happened.

If the comments are made about your colleagues or employees in the workplace or using company equipment (phones, computers etc) then I'm afraid you're just asking to be dismissed, and no tribunal in the country would decide otherwise.

I agree with this thread and wanted to say the same thing however it is the dodgy transfers and agents fees that are the real issue and there is no defence for that at all.

I have seen some pretty strong words like racist/vile/disgusting human being etc bandied about but I can't say I agree with all of them on the bases of a few texts. What I am angry about and hope Malky NEVER manages are the transfers. All will be revealed in time.
