Got to stick up for Malky here

Thu Aug 21, 2014 3:58 pm

Firstly, not saying the emails and texts and what not were right, they were totally out of order and everyone agrees on that. However this whole situation involving Tan and Palace is to be quite honest, childish. What's happened has happened, since the public apology neither Malky nor Moody spoke publicly about Tan or Cardiff City. Just when we'd all thought it was all over and Malky looks to be landing a new job, Tan decides to interfere (something which he's done plenty in the past) and it all blows up again.

For me Tan is in the wrong here because it was all settled until he needlessly got involved, he shouldn't let his personal agenda against Malky get in the way of things.

Well I would not use that as an excuse. Tan most likely knew Pulis was on his way out and thought Malky would stand a good chance of getting the job specially with Moody there. I would say that would be a good time to submit the dossier. I mean why not submit it earlier instead of hanging on for it for months.

My question here is that Malky made an apology. We now know why. I would have thought Malky would have assured a confidential silence was attached to that apology. Hmmmmm.

The scumbag deserves everything he's getting. The Scottish messiah is no more. His angelic image has been foiled. In NO way is this ANY of Tan's fault, has Tan sent racist text messages on a work contact? No.

He even did it to his own players, you cannot defend malky at all, in his profession he shouldn't be so stupid, jarvis farrah etc young players getting called over by their boss, malky ain't got a leg to stand on

Pulis obviously knew what was coming and jumped out before becoming involved.

Didn't read my post properly I see. I'm not saying anything Malky did was right, but Tan shouldn't have got involved in Malky going to Palace. The whole Malky vs Tan saga seemed to be over until Tan dug it back up again. He'll claim to be the victim of any abuse again no doubt

Oh I don't know, the whole saga that went on from October until the apology was made.

So basically you think he shouldn't be punished for what he has done (Not racism but dodgy transfers/agents) and everything should be brushed under the carpet?

Tan is a proud man, Malky made him look like a villain and a prick through the media and manipulated the whole situation knowing full well he was breaking the rules. He even took Tan to court ffs! Deluded.

To be fair it said on the news that they were given legal advice that they had to submit to the FA.

He was punished for his transfers, that was all done the best part of a year ago. Why can't we all move on without it being dug back up every time it seems to settle down?

If someone beat your mother up would you want them to get off pretty lightly and move on with their lives or would you bring it up to relevant authorities?

Quite a contrast there don't you think? In that scenario the offender would be dealt with once, no matter the outcome I wouldn't keep contacting the police every few months

Re: Got to stick up for Malky here

Don't debate the scenario debate the notion that you are letting someone get away with something that directly you affected you and moving on in life with a brand new job.

Both my daughters have been sexually assaulted - I've never got near to finding any of the blokes responsible, neither have the police.

If I had Tan's money I'd have gone after them like he has with Malky.

Not the same obviously, but I ain't a daft billionaire feeling I've been taken for a ride by some cheap Scottish second hand car dealer who made me look stupid in front of millions.

Sorry but I am just too angry - Tan and more importantly the club are entirely in their professional duty to do what they did. They were defending themselves from a multimillion law suit only a few months ago.

As for the cunts who did my girls, one day, God willing...

No, he didn't get 'needlessly' involved, it's the club's obligation to report such behaviour to the FA. But the most important thing is that all this came out as the result of an investigation into financial misconduct by your hero.

Get your facts straight.
