Why do people believe the papers when they want too yet...

Call the papers all the names under the sun if they read something they don't like ?

Leave it for the courts and fraud squad (if Tan has the balls to do it)

Well it's been six months and the police haven't been called in so that's tells you something doesn't it. It's all assumptions and no hard evidence which would stand up in court.

Claims of serious fraud are being mentioned so why haven't the authorities been brought in? Nothing to do with watching tele

2 x apologees out of the blue.
1 x job offer withdrawn.

The evidence has been good enough to cause the above and it hasn't even been fully assessed yet.

Also a civil case does not need the sort of evidence or police interaction that is needed for a crimiinal case.

This is fraud which would be a criminal case if what Tan is claiming is true.

I just watched it on the bbc. They didn't go into detail but said the allegations are very serious.

A private citizen can bring a civil fraud case against others without it ever going criminal.

But this is a number of parties colluding together and in my opinion would have to be criminal

How many times do you need to be told. The files were handed in on Wednesday to fa. Things will unfold from here now there is evidence and an accusation there will be an investigation. It doesn't all happen in a day.

Not really the type of things they would make up.
