That's exactly my point it's all hearsay and assumptions. If there was proper hardcore evidence then the fraud squad would/should be the first call you make

IMO I don't think the police have been involved or called in as there has until this point been any evidence to back a charge up.

I think there was obviously some kind dog gagging agreement between the two parties back in May after the London investigators were given access to Moody's office (could he have still had a CCFC phone ?) hence the apology from both Malky & Moody on the same day - were they hoping that it would all go away then, who knows.

However the docs have only now been submitted which will be seen as evidence against certain allegations, and it wouldn't surprise me that in the coming days the police do get involved, did I read somewhere tonight that UEFA are also looking at it ?

I was a big Malky fan and still hold him in high regard for what he achieved on the pitch (cup final, play offs then champions and ultimate promotion to the premiership) however if he has done wrong in the other aspects of his role then he has to take responsibility and accept whatever comes to him, my admiration for him unfortunately is getting tInted as this story unfolds.
