Felt he looked very tired in the second half. Should he drop to the bench v Wolves for a rest?

He was awful tonight and I was shocked to see people saying he played well against Huddersfield, Didn't impress me at all.

He was poor tonight, very much MOTM v Huddesfield.
Tonight Wigan played 3-5-2, seemed a bit 3-6-1 at times too and the diamond formation didn't really work as our midfield got picked off to quickly.
In the second half Pilkington came on and Gunnar and Adeyemi moved into a flat 442 and their strength made the difference. Ergo we were better in the second half than the first.

I wouldn't give him MOM Saturday, thing about TA is he is very much a second half player. Doesn't start the game well, but after half time he really comes out of his shell and does well.
He made mistakes last night, but the start of the second half he looked bright and enthusiastic. He did fade as the game went on, and I believe fatigue played it's part. I think he'll be important for us this year
