Horrible thought occurred to me during tonight's game: what if someone comes in with a bid for him? I don't think we are in a position where we would have to sell, but the guy is Premier League class in my opinion and we are lucky to have kept him.

Has the right attitude, and is getting better and better. Type of player who would go down as a club legend if he stuck with us a number of years.

Really come on since he first arrived to be fair! One of those players I wouldn't have minded if he left in the summer because we have Declan John who's definitely good enough for this division, but he's been superb so far

That was exactly the same thing folks were saying about Fabio a few months ago.

Declan is young and Malky, Coleman and now Ole have shown faith in him at LB.

Maybe in the Premiership, but we're a division lower now and not playing against the likes of Hazard and Suarez. Plus he's only 19 so he's got plenty of time, only been playing full back for 2 years

I watched him against Carmarthen in pre season. He was amazing and trying to attack at every opportunity.

Agree with this. He is having regular game time, which he never had with United, and is really showing his worth.

Yes, the one thing in our favour is that he hasn't played a whole season of football in years being a squadie at Utd. He will want to play every game this year and looking excellent at the mo!!

I thought we would struggle at Fullback this year, wasnt sure if Fabio would have the strengh/Height for the championship and felt unsure on Brayford for the simple reason Malky bought him and then instantly froze him out. but the pair have been excellent fo far this season, really impressed me.

I think both out fullbacks have been quality so far, I wonder what Brayford did to make malky not play him at all?
