Kim off?

Tue Aug 19, 2014 9:50 pm

Celtic are in talks with Cardiff City over a deal for South Korea international Kim Bo-Kyung.
The 24-year-old midfielder was a target for the Bhoys prior to joining Cardiff in 2012.
Bo-Kyung has made nearly 60 league appearances for the Bluebirds since signing from Cerezo Osaka two years ago.

That'd be excellent news. He is not needed in Cardiff anymore IMO. His contract is up in a year aswell.

Would like him to stay, with a run of games he'd kill this league. If he goes to Scotland he'd be one of the best there

Think this will be perfect for Kimbo, we can afford him to move on :thumbright:

I believe this story. Ole trading with his Norge buddy once again. Celtic tried to sign him when we did. Being a regular Champ League team they'll benefit from the Asian audience more than we did. Not that we did at all! Ki was a massive succes there.

He'll smash it in the SPL for Celtic with no decent opposition.

It's a shame for CCFC because I think he has potential to be a expensive footballer. It's just he is best suited to a different league I feel, not the Championship/Premiership. If he has more than a year left in his contract I would loan him to somewhere more suitable on the continent where he could advertise himself and get us a good fee in the future. That ain't going to happen now.

Swapsies for Adam Matthews? :o

Not got a chance of playing in the league for us.

Happy for him to go.

Good player but just too lightweight for this league.

Was great in our promotion season - but has been off the boil for a long time... Falls over too easily... Lacks the strength... I think we have better options now...

The club is managing to offload players I thought it would be difficult to shift. Well done City!! :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
