Pulis for Wales

Tue Aug 19, 2014 3:09 pm

Q- Would anybody see this as too risky a move so close to the opening games next month, or see this an ambitious coup from the Welsh FA?

I personally feel we now have a great bunch of lads, a better chance of qualifying with 2 going into the finals and feel this is the last missing link.

And guess what... hes just become available.

I'm not sure I would want Pulis managing the likes of Bale and Rambo. To be fair he's got a style that can be effective but we need to get our more creative players playing to their strengths and I'm not confident that his style would suit them.

Don't think he'd get on with Ramsey after the Shawcross thing.

Why ?

Shawcross apologised and Ramsey didn't accept it. Pulis rims Shawcross, Ramsey isn't a fan. I'm sure the Swansea contingent wouldn't enjoy Pulis either as the philosophy of Wales and Swansea isn't actually that different

I think Coleman has done a pretty good job of antagonizing Ramsey by stating he would be approaching Shawcross to play for Wales in the public realm/media before talking to his then captain Ramsey.

Very weak/amateur management by Chris Coleman.

I would like to see Pulis as Wales manager he would make us better organised but im afraid it ain't going to happen with them old crooks at the FAW, they only want to employ yes men.
