Cardiff City Football Club are pleased to announce a new partnership with high quality clothing company Skogstad, Norway’s number one family clothing brand.

With a 75 year heritage, the brand was launched in the UK in 2012 to rave reviews; catching the eye of popular high street store John Lewis and resulting in Skogstad clothing being made available on the johnlewis.com website from the Autumn.

With Ole Gunnar Solskjær being a famous and respected Norwegian and Cardiff City an award winning family club, the fit for both Skogstad and the Bluebirds was perfect.

Henning, CEO of Skogstad said: “This is a brilliant opportunity for Skogstad and Cardiff City. The main reason we signed this deal was down to the passion we both share for family. Ole Gunnar Solskjær is revered here in Norway and now in South Wales. We look forward to working together and keeping the manager, and hopefully the fans warm while watching some great football across the season.”

Nic Heslop, Cardiff City Head of Commercial added: “We’re delighted to kick off this partnership with Skogstad, Norway's leading outdoor clothing brand. This is the first Official Partnership that the club has struck with a Norwegian brand, which emphasises our growing international reach. We've committed to jointly developing campaigns that will benefit our fans, and help raise the profile of each others brands in our homelands.”

Skogstad are looking forward to interacting with Cardiff City fans and building their brand across South Wales and the UK.

Interesting, but Skogstad isn't the biggest Norwegian outdoor clothing brand, Helly Hansen is.

They have been sold a dud.The only way they will sell much City stuff is if it is blue.Without the beer mat.The alternative BLUE :shirts are selling well.So TAN'get your head out of your arrogant crackpot arse and get us back to BLUE.Or sell up and p/ss off. :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:
