Spent a couple of years working in Seville. Fantastic support they have and I put it down to one thing. Like Ninian Park that was built around a housing estate so is Seville FC. Although it is right in the city centre it is built around high rise flats. It really does give a feel that it belongs to the supporters.

Well some of that is not quite true in the fact there is part of the entrance that is covered by a shopping mall. I use to go to a chinese there most Saturday nights and come around 8 PM ( KO out there was 9 PM) the place was surrounded with guys wearing the home colour scarfes and other identity.

The dame at CCS this week didn't come as a surprise to me when you look at the Seville fans.

Interesting experience. Imagine Cardiff Swansea sharing the same city with its allocated pubs....thats Seville on derby day.

Getting our fans to have support like that you have more chance of resurrecting Michael Chopra's career
