Sorry to make you look a bit silly but in Dutch you do actually pronounce the G, the same goes with the Moët wine, as it is Dutch you should be pronouncing the t, a common misconception is to not pronounce it. The same goes in Portuguese in pronouncing the J, it's Spanish where you dont pronounce the J.
