Who is going out?

Included a new CB, the list counts 27 players. I´m pretty sure Velikonja is the first one to be dropped, but who is the second one? With signing of another CB, maybe Hudson?

I was always under the impression that the 25 man squad for the premiership only.

The under 21 rule sometimes means 22 year old players can play, I think, it all depends on their date of birth, so I'm not sure how it would effect Adeyemi or Wilson, you'd have to check the rules properly.

In fact, I just checked and Wilson turned 22 on the day after the Blackburn match, so would have been 21 when the season started, so that might explain it.

The way I understood it, only players born in 1993 or later would be young enough. Wilson is born 1992. I could be wrong, though? Adeyemi turns 23 in october, so he would have to be listed whatsoever.

Yes, that seems to be the case. I cannot find anything about squad size in the regulations. Still, Ole mentioned on the press conference today that 1 or 2 players were going out. A bit strange that this fits the picture of a 25 players´s squad perfectly, but maybe just by accident.
