Bought mine 3 weeks ago but not yet turned up. Have rung ticket office twice today, both times on hold for 10 minutes so i gave up.
Also bought Wigan ticket recently. Not sure if i'll get a paper ticket or preloaded onto membership card, but yet to see either.
