Relegated Clubs

Now don't shoot me down for being someone who is looking positively at our results, and this isn't me saying that the draw was a bad result at all, but the way things are at the moment (Wolves 1-0 Norwich), we would have done the best out of all the relegated clubs on the first weekend!

Not sure whether we had the hardest opposition or not though, what do you think?

Just trying for a bit of positivity! :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

Think it's a bit too early to judge as to who had the hardest opposition, but as we've so many players out injured ATM and with more reinforcements due in, I was more than happy with a point at the end, even though I was disappointed with the goal we conceded!

Ipswich were challenging for the play-offs, Blackburn were challenging for the play-offs and Wolves won League One convincingly where confidence is still sky high with an experienced manager at the helm. Nothing to read into on the first set of fixtures of the season

Too early to pay much attention to results so far. Always seem to get a few strange scores in the first few weeks of a season. If you draw your away games and win your home games, you will be in the mix at the end of the season. Thought that was definitely a point gained rather than two lost on Friday. Important not to panic when we have a few poor results, we lost 9 matches when we won the championship and will certainly lose a few more in the next few months.
