Do we have any friendly relations with foreign clubs?

Just watching Den Haag v Feyenoord and of course the fans of den Haag and the Jacks have good relations even bringing each other's flags to there own matches. Sunderland have a similar relations with Feyenoord and there are countless others throughout Europe.
Was wondering do cardiff have any such links with foreign teams?
