I actually liked their new kit, without any emotional attachment to the club, so can't get upset about the traditions etc, it looks a better top

Its hardly a re brand in that sense of the word, just going back to a more traditional tone, which a lot of clubs have similarly done over the years. Remember our "distressed Blue" shirt during the 2009/10 season? A Blue shade that replicated the original blue worn at Wembley 1927, during our last ever season at Ninian Park.
This was hardly a re brand was it? Although it did raise debate regarding the authenticity of the shade at the time, if memory serves me well.
