Anyone think Ole will put him straight in the team tomorrow? Personally, I can see him being on the bench.

Sorry, got the spelling wrong.
In midfield with Whitts? (...and Daehli and Burgstaller)

Straight in with Digakoi, Burgstaller and Daehli. Now that would be more like it. Quite an impressive midfield!

I would be shocked if Whittingham doesn't start

Dont think it's oles style to put a new player straight into the team unless they are a big name player. Can ruffle feathers and he doesn't know his team mates. Give him some time.
He will probably be on the bench.
He will probably start with whitts, daehli and either Gunnar/dik or kim/Guido

I agree Darran, I'd be shocked too, but equally I'd be delighted!

Why would you be delighted? Looked very good against Wolfsburg

Hi Bluebirds! I think in patches he was good agsinst Wolfsburg. He scored a good set piece goal and hit the post. He's a good player. However, I think his inclusion makes for a weaker midfield unit. That showed against Wolfsburg. For me he's a luxury player who we cannot afford to play. Number one he's too slow and ponderous, number two hes a weak tackler, number three he's often a passenger. We need a midfield unit thats effective enough to help out the defense as well as attack. If Tom Adeyemi is as good as the reports say then he might be the missing link. Digakoi should provide the necessary defensive anchor; Adeyemi could provide the necessary box to box skills spanning defense and attack. Leaving Daehli out would be a crime, and in a 4 man midfield unit you really need a wide man...hence Burgstaller in Noone's absence.
I know therevare so many people who are fans of Whittingham largely because of what he has done in the past and my comments akways irritate a lot of people. I apologise for that but whilst I acknowledge he's a reasonable player at Championship level, I think hisvstyle of play hinders us from developing a strong midfield unit and that was so evident last season. We have the requisite attacking flair in Daehli, Noone and Burgstaller so he wouldn't be a great loss in that department, but we have much better midfielders at defensive duty who would give the team more solidity. By the way if we went with a 5 man midfield, which I think would be a great option on times, I'd include Eikrem over Whittingham because I think he gives more balance to the team.
But this is a thread about Adeyemi and I sure hope the young man lives up to his promise. I hope you enjoy the season too!

Marshall
Brayford Hudson Conolly Fabio
Dæhli Gunnarson Whitts Kim
Le Fondre Macheda
Moore, KTC, John, Dikcagoi, Adeyemi, Burgstaller, Maynard.
Maybe Eikrem if Dikcagoi isn't fit.

Think he'll be on the bench tomorrow, but start at Northampton on Wednesday.

Think Ole will go with something like this. I'd be shocked if Adiyemi made the starting 11. Eikrem, Kimbo or Jones might be in there, but otherwise I expect...
