15 million return straight into the black hole I would guess.

Debts will probably no doubt still rise

don't think football deals in cash anymore
ffs the money will reduce our debt
if tan takes it out (not sure how he can ) hes paying himself back as hes the only one owed money :? :? :? :? :? :?

Nobody wants to lose quality players, but in these cases, they were destined to move on and some profit has been made. The money to pay off part of the debt is surely good thing. The club can't just continue spending Tan's money.

Onwards and upwards!!

transfer monies received are either going into transfer kitty or clearing debts , I think there is a rule in place now where monies received have to go into the clubs accounts now to stop another Portsmouth scenario(I could be wrong though)

Blackpool have signed Cardiff City goalkeeper, Joe Lewis on a season-long loan, according to Sky Sports.
Lewis becomes Jose Riga’s first senior goalkeeper since he took charge at the club in June, and with the season starting at the weekend, it couldn’t have come at a better time.

Blackpool have the option to make Lewis a permanent addition to the squad, ‘at a later date’ according to Sky Sports. Lewis has made only 5 appearances for the Welsh club, after playing second fiddle to David Marshall, the Club’s first choice stopper.

The 26-year-old said,

“I was sat at Cardiff for the last two seasons behind David Marshall, who has done outstanding.”
He went on to say,

“I’ve had to make do with a couple of cup games and the odd league game here and there, and it was pretty frustrating really. I knew that I had to get out and play some regular football.”
“It’s great to come to a club like Blackpool and hopefully make the No 1 position my own.”
