If we didn't get a replacement for mutch would you be worried about our midfield at this level?
You have dikagchoi (may have spelt wrong) and Gunnarson who I thought was great yesterday against a strong Wolfsburg midfield as our holding players.
Eikrem, witts and also ralls as our playermaker type midfielders.
I would rather Kim play in a central attacking role than on the wing and I think daehli is also stronger there as they both get more space and freedom. Kim was great in this role last time in the championship I thought, yes he was weak in the prem.
Then that turns to the wings... Well you would have burgstaller, Harris and noone along with either daehli Kim or john if needs be.
I have seen us being linked with anya from Watford but I think he would be my preference over an attacking midfielder.
What's everyone's views?

Agree. Would prefer an out and out winger over a direct replacement for Mutch

Mutch was best in a number ten position and were playing 442 this season so his loss is ok.
That said id still have him in a 442.

I agree with your point I could not see him and witts as a 2 man midfield being strong enough at times. If we went away and played 451 then I think he would fit great but with our strikers I can see a majority of 442 or 352 based formations.

3-5-2 would be good for Ole's squad , my opinion. City should take control of the midfield, and get lads of goals

Mutch out is a big big loss for us. Good money , but he will be hard to replace. Daelhi into the 10 position and another left winger could solve it partly

It looks like we are going double pivot this season.
Gunnar looked to chase the ball, whilst Whitts was the playmaker.
I can't wait to see what happens if Dicahoi (no idea) is the single holding player and we go 4-1-3-2.
Mutch doesn't really fit any of those European styles.

much is not as irreplaceble as people are making out! with the forwards we have do we need someone bombing forward trying to score from 25yds? players we have and the style we'l probably play under ole will mean he may not even fit into formation!

Worried now.
