Blackpool agree a deal to sign Costa Rica midfielder Jose Miguel Cubero, subject to a work permit being granted.

They are slowly getting the players in. I think Riga will keep them up. He's a decent manager and if he can get a few decent loan signings in then they will be mid-table. So many other clubs are going to play worse than them.
