It has everything to do with us considering they are in the same league and are one of our main rivals for promotion.

Easily made one of the signings of the season in the Championship with George Thorne, Millwall also made a good signing with Gueye from Everton.

They did make a fantastic signing with George Thorne - but he is now out for up to 9 months with a cruciate knee ligament injury.

Didn't know that.  Millwall signed Fuller and Gueye, some non league striker, could be like Vardy, with Holloway I expect them to be in the top 10.

I think they'll be in the mix come the end of the season, definitely one of our promotion rivals this year.

Derby County have signed Blackburn Rovers striker Leon Best on a season-long loan deal.

The 27-year-old, who joined Rovers from Newcastle United in 2012, made eight appearances for his parent club last term.

"I'm extremely pleased that we have been able to sign Leon Best on loan for the season," Derby head coach Steve McClaren told the club's official website.

"He is a player with Premier League and Championship experience, knows how to score goals and he will provide a different option in our attacking armoury.

"I've spoken to the player and believe he views this loan move as a fresh start, and I can sense he is determined to make the most of the opportunity."

Best was loaned out to Sheffield Wednesday last season, scoring five goals in 16 appearances.

Omar Mascarell completes Derby move as Rams swoops for Real Madrid youngster

Derby County have signed young Real Madrid central midfielder Omar Mascarell on a season's loan.
The 21-year-old Spaniard can help fill the gap vacated by summer signing George Thorne, who has been ruled out for nine months with a knee ligament injury.
Mascarell has played most of his football for Madrid's B side, Castilla in Segunda Division B.

Mascarell told www.dcfc.co.uk: 'Derby County is a great option for me; I can come here, grow as a person and grow as a footballer, so for me it is a very good choice. It is a very important year for me.
'The most important thing is having Steve McClaren coaching me; he wants to play good football, so I think it will be a great year to grow as a player under the Head Coach.
'I am really looking forward to living in England, the Championship is a fantastic league, not only does it give me the opportunity to grow as a footballer but also the chance to learn English too, which is also important for my development.
'My best position is in front of the back-four, I like to take the ball off the defenders and pass it around, controlling the pace and the equilibrium of the game.'
