After38 website. Is this a wind-up?

I got talking to a mate of mine online earlier. He is an Everton fan (nobody's perfect!!). He said he follows a site called after38.com which uses a points system to predict the outcome of each league by combining data and a spreadsheet prediction machine (yawn yawn). He said it's remarkably accurate, especially after some games have been played.

I had a look but can't believe what I'm seeing (screenshot attached). Not only does this suggest we are going to finish mid-table, but it shows our season as having only 4 games as comfortable wins. This is way out IMO.

Have any of you used this site before and if so, how did you find it as a prediction resource?

Of course it is. It doesn't include injuries, suspensions, the consistency of some teams in the league etc. It's more or less a randomizer

Agreed. He took on a hell of a difficult task last season. He has proved he can get business done and his links with Man U are going to prove very useful in future.
